Teen Driver Specialty Registration Plate

PennDOT is pleased to provide an additional, optional tool for parents and guardians to utilize in their education efforts; PennDOT's "Teen Driver" registration plate. The plate design reflects the "Family of Plates" color scheme of blue, white and yellow. Pennsylvania is printed at the top and the words " VisitPA.com" are printed on the bottom. The logo on the left side of the registration plate depicts an inverted triangle in red, with the words "Teen Driver" appearing in yellow letters in the triangle. The phrase "Please Be Courteous" is featured in blue letters on the sides of the triangle. Applicants may apply by completing Form MV-915 (PDF), "Application for Teen Driver Special Registration Plate". For the cost of the plate and current personalization fees, please refer to Form MV-70S, "The Bureau of Motor Vehicle Schedule of Fees."

In God We Trust Specialty Registration Plate

The In God We Trust registration plate became available October 2014. The plate design reflects the "Family of Plates" color scheme of blue, white and yellow and depicts the image of the symbol of America - the bald eagle - with the words "In God We Trust" beneath it. To apply for this registration plate, please complete Form MV-916 (PDF), "Application for In God We Trust Registration Plate". For the cost of the registration plate and current personalization fees, please refer to Form MV-70S, "The Bureau of Motor Vehicle Schedule of Fees."
